Adam Bohach, LMT
Adam has experience as a competitive endurance athlete for over 25 year and recently became the fastest marathon runner over the age of 40 in Iowa's history. Like many athletes, Adam soon discovered the precarious balance between performance and injury. This led him to study the human body in and out of college. For over a decade Adam has been applying his knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to help athletes and non-athletes reach their personal physical performance goals. It is also the reason he has continued to compete at a high level for so many years.
